Seattle Hope Adds A Fourth Win
Tuesday, 24 Mar 2026
Seattle Hope added her fourth career victory at Geelong on Sunday March 22, displaying her customary toughness as she fended off her rivals to win by a quarter of a length.
After failing on wet ground at Kyneton previously, Seattle Hope relished being back on top of the ground and was able to dominate the race from the outside leader position. As the race was improving and rolling down the hill at Geelong, Seattle Hope surged away at the top of the straight and maintained that gallop right to the line under the urgings of Dean Yendall.
Whilst she may not be the most talented horse in the stable, Seattle Hope possesses many traits of a successful racehorse – tenacity, competitiveness and always giving her all. The sweet hearted mare is a real stable favourite and adored by her ownership group, so we are thrilled to see her take her career earnings passed the $100,000 mark.
After a lean six-week period, the Freedman team have bounced back in scintillating form this week - with four winners from the stable’s previous ten runners, building momentum into the stable Open Day which will be held this coming Sunday, March 29. We look forward to seeing you there!
